I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, as well as a Nationally Certified Therapist in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I am a practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention(TBRI), trained in EMDR and Forensic Interviewing and have 18 years of experience working in the field of Attachment Based work, child sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect. I am the founder of H.O.P.E. (Horses Offering Personal Empowerment) an Equine Assisted Therapy & Learning program; Certified in Natural Lifemanship and Trainer for Natural Lifemanship, as well as advanced trained in EAGALA. I present at National Conferences on the topics of Trauma Informed Care, Equine Assisted Therapy, and am the co-author of the EAGALA endorsed book, “EquiPower- Treating Trauma with the Power and Sensitivity of Horses.”
