I look forward to meeting with you.  Below are some helpful notes regarding our appointment. 

DOWNTOWN OFFICE LOCATION: My office is located on the second floor of 818 Bay Street Beaufort, above Lowcountry Real Estate Office and SugarBelle Boutique.  You will see a door to the left of SugarBelle that leads to the stairs to the 2nd floor.  Go up stairs and turn left.  I am the last two doors on the left of the hallway. You will see signage for the waiting area. 
Unfortunately, there is no free parking near by the office, so please allow time for finding a parking spot. 
FARM OFFICE LOCATION: Address to the farm office is 766 Etheridge Road, Yemassee, SC 29945
Please see the PDF for Farm Office Directions. This address will get you on the dirt road close to the barn. When you see the white horse fence –TURN RIGHT and follow the white fence to the white barn with green roof. Please Park in front of the barn.  Please wait in or near your car, for I may be in sessions with clients. I will be out to greet you when it is time for your session.  Please DO NOT WALK INSIDE OR AROUND THE BARN AREAS before or after your sessions.  Privacy, Confidentiality, and Safety are very important. This rule is to keep everyone feeling safe.  Thank you 😊



Office Talk Therapy

  • $150 for 50 minute session

  • $225 for 1.5 hour session

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning

  • $190 for 1 hour session

  • $285 for 1.5 hour session

Please inquire about sliding scale fees.  I keep a few spots available for this purpose

A credit card is required to be on file prior to your first scheduled session, due to the amount of no-shows of first appointments.  

***All processed payments will have an additional convenience fee 

Insurance: I accept Tri-Care and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Insurance does not cover 100% of the session fee. Depending on the plan and if deductibles are met, there is additional payment necessary to cover the session fee. For non Tri-Care or BC/BS clients, I can provide documentation with the appropriate codes for you to file with your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

I am a Certified Provider for Tri-Care Humana, however I am NOT in their network. There are times that a preauthorization from your doctor is necessary for Tri-Care.

Payment: Payment is due before the time of service and at the time of service. Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, and checks are accepted. I can email a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

Cancellation Policy: I require a 48 hour notice for appointment cancellation. If you do not notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via phone, text or email, you will be charged the cost of your scheduled therapy session.
